Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield MO Whether you use Mapquest or Yahoo! Maps, Springfield Fair Grounds are easy to find along Highways I-44 and Mo 13. Whether you are coming from KC on MO 13, Tulsa on I-44 E or St Louis on I-44 W. Turn E on W Norton rd off of Mo 13 or Kansas Expressway. Go .8 miles, the Fairgrounds will be on your right.
